I Wear the Mask so you can't see me...

It's made from suffering and guilt...

It hides the scars you've put upon me..

I'm trapped inside these walls you built

so if you see me in the shadows...

and you don't recognize my face...

I'm waiting here inside your darkness...

come to the warmth of my embrace

I wear the mask

I wear the mask so you won't know me...

If you should pass me on the street...

a face inside a sea of strangers...

someone you'd never want to meet

this mask it covers up the demons...

it takes away the pain inside...

its colors change with every season..

its stained from all the tears you've cried

I found it romantic in a way LOL but that's me! It's very poetic tho! My favo part was this...
