Unfortunately not. I believe that ppl with psycho and sexual disturbances can never get "cured", they may be able to live in society under drugs, but can't be thrown into it and treated like most ppl are. I had a teacher that used to say... "everyone can kill a person in a passion's moment, but an honest person will never steal one dollar". So, yes, everyone might kill, however, how or the circumstances into which it's made vary too much.
