I cannot WAIT for this They are turning American McGee's Alice into a movie. Based off of his video game that takes place after the orig alice in wonderland and through the looking glass. Alice has grown up and so has wonderland. If they do this movie as well as the game this will be one dark,twisted and sadistic adventure through a Wonderland nobody could ever imagine. Here's the trailer from the video game released in 2000 so you have an idea of what the movie is going ...

This summer is leading up to a huge set of trilogy conclusions, I can't wait , The Bourne Ultimatum, Rush Hour 3, Shrek 3, Ocean's 13, Spider-Man 3 2007 maybe shaping up to be the best year of movies ever! But we'll see..LOL

Simpsons Movie- your thoughts?

This summer we will see the long awaited Simpsons movie hit theatres. I wonder what fans thoughts on the whole thing will be? Can simpsons sustain an hour and a half movie and still be sharp and funny? I'm betting they CAN..what do you guys think?

Just watched this Indy Horror release that is a mixture of "texas chainsaw massacre" " hills have eyes" and " hostel" Honestly its FAR more explicet and distrubing than Hostel was so if this stuff isn't your cup of tea then pass it up. If however, you like somewhat distrubing, violent horror then look no further. The film even by MY standards is a bit over the top.

Ok, there are alot of dumb commercials out there, but some of them are just worse than others. The stupidest commercial as for "genres" I find those (ahem) feminine hygiene commercials downright laughable! Granted, I've never indulged in such conversations with a daughter (while wearing beautiful white chiffon on an ornate swing in a country garden with Schubert playing in the background), but I just can't believe that any company would think the public would run out and buy such things ...

Im sure its a story that many are interested in and certainly we've had countless movies on the holocaust, WW2 ect but maybe its just me..but this one feels a bit too soon. I dunno, but seeing nicolas cage in a film about such a horrendous incident seems odd. As I said tho, theres no lack of films based on OTHER tragic non fictional events so maybe its just me. What do you guys think?

This is probably another case where the book is better then the movie. I was rather disappointed with it, To me, the score and the cinematography were excellent, but it just seemed like something was lacking.The story wasn't engrossing enough to really get caught up it, and seemed to drag as it is. I would give this one 2 1/2 forum fanatix popcorn kernals out of 5.

When paris hilton is the best actor/actress in the movie I'd say that should tell you something. a pretty lame remake of an old classic vincent price movie that might update the gore but destroys the story.
Its worth a watch if you don't mind your horror films watered down and poorly acted tho

Not exactly a faithful adaption of the marvel comic super team but if you can forgive the changes its really not so bad. Good special effects and enough action to keep the die hards interested. Jessica Alba may be a slight miscast as sue storm...but she looks good in the suit anyways:) Worth a look If you are into the genre

I love movies, and I love trilogies even more since they're like a really long movie in three parts, and sometimes the "acts" of a trilogy all blend well together and everything.

Indiana Jones - Awesome adventure movies... an icon of cinema. Great stuff that I hope isn't tarnished by a crappy fourth one.

I honestly think this one was given a bad rap when released. Its much darker than any of the others but I'd say sticks closer to the newer comic version than the older ones ever did. I liked Michael Caine as Alfred and I think the fight scenes were pretty well done. Certainly better done than the other films at any rate. If you were only a fan of the old TV show or cartoon than you might find this a bit odd or depressing, but If you are a fan of the "dark knight" style Batman..I can't see how ...

4 girls , all from different backgrounds, bond thru a pair of jeans that fits them all. If you aren't a female between the ages of 12 and 16 I'd run away from the site of it! It tries to reach an audiance ( young women mostly) that really wont care for its rather juvinile approach to female bonding...Not even worth renting as a date video unless you want your BF to die of boredom

If you are a fan of the snowboarding series ssx then you know what to expect. This game uses watercrafts rather than snowboards but the idea is exactly the same. Progress thru several very well designed tracks to complete steadily harder levels using high jumps to score big tricks and racing towards the finish line at the same time. The characters here range from a goth girl to a beach bum and all have different driving and trick styles. If the game wasnt IMPOSSIBLE to beat it might be a lot ...

During a flight a businessman tells his femal seatmate that unless she helps him commit a murder, he will kill her father.
A wes Craven film ( nightmare on elm st, hills have eyes) but not a horror film. Still its a very exciting film that winds down to a very strong climax and will have you on the edge of your seat

Rated Pg-13 for some pretty intense violence & language

Halloween classics

Yeah I could easily give ya about 100 great horror titles that are filled with blood & gore but I'm gonna go with a few classics that I STILL think are great Halloween fodder for horror buffs: HORROR HOTEL- classic one about a town in mass that is inhabited by witches from the 1600's SCARS OF DRACULA- Best of the hammer made Dracula flicks..very atmospheric and dark NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD- maybe the best zombie pic ever but go with the B&W classic not the remake HOUSE ...
